I have to create a Application that must synchronise a VB Application (Agenda)
with MS-Outlook.

So I ask me (an specialy you).

If I need an "Outlook-Instance" to do that Work or if I can connect directly
the Exchange-Server.

(I thing to run my Synch-Appliacation as a Service)
