Service Pack 4
I wish to install Symantec Antivirus for Exchange(as part of Enterprise Security
package). This requires me to intall the latest Service Pack for Exchange.
Here in the UK SP4 is only a download, Microsoft do not issue this on CD.
The question is when I go to the SP4 download page it lists 13 files I have
to dowload. Do I have to download all of these? Is there an easier way to
do this?

Re: Service Pack 4
Adam, each download is for a specific part of Exchange. If you don't use "Chat
server" don't download chat server. If you don't use PROFS don't download
it.
Once you download what you think is necessary then read the document file
within it.
You will probably not need the win16 client files, the MSOUTL (schedule +)
components, Chat components, unless you are running old clients or something
non generic.
Below is a list of all the files with SP4.
SP4_550I.exe Core Server Netsetup 22.6 MB
SP4_55SS1.exe Support Directory, except Symbols 25.8 MB
SP4S550I.exe Symbols 11.8 MB
SP4_55CI.exe Chat Server 16.3 MB
SP4_55DC.exe Documents 7 MB
SP4_55Xconn1I.exe Calendar Connector, GroupWise Connector, and Notes Connector
16.9 MB
SP4_55Xconn2I.exe IBM Professional Office System (PROFS) Connector and SNA
Distribution Services (SNADS) Connector 15.8 MB
SP4S55Xconn.exe Symbols for all connectors in Exchange Connector 1 and Exchange
Connector 2 3.5 MB
SP4_55FO.exe Forms Converter 3.5 MB
SP4_55client1I.exe MSOUTL (Microsoft Schedule+ Driver for Microsoft OutlookŪ)
and Address Book Templates 15 MB
SP4_55client2I.exe Win16 clients for I386 (Languages: Brazilian, Simplified
Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Finnish, French,
German, Greek, Hungarian) 18.3 MB
SP4_55client3I.exe Win16 clients for i386 (Languages: Italian, Japanese,
Korean, Norweigan, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Swedish, Turkish)
16.8 MB
SP4_55langI.exe Outlook Web Access Client Language Packs 14.2 MB
