Map MSDOS drive from W2k (possible?)

We have a legacy system that runs on a DOS box. We want to cable the DOS
box to a windows system and have that windows system be able to tap into
    the DOS harddrive by mapping.

Has anyone done this? How? (details, please!)

    TIA, Mark

I'm not sure I understand completely. You can map a network drive in Windows.
    If you then run
a program in the DOS box, it should see the drive. This assumes you are using
    Microsoft
    networking. Does this help?
