Send email with another user's email ID.

We have a resource admin who manage all the resources like meeting room, projector
and etc in the company, she is given access to all these resources mail box.
She is able to view this resources mail box's item from her mailbox. However
when she is replying the mail, it appears that the sender is her own id.
Is there any way to set that she is sending on behalf of that resources or
as that resources user id ?

This is simple to do. It can be done in at least 2 ways:

    1. In the Exchange Administrator progam (done by the exchange admin)
    - click RECIPIENTS
    - double-click the projector mailbox
    - click the PERMISSIONS tab
    - click ADD
    - select the name of the resource admin, click OK
    - make sure the resource admin has "USER" rights, click OK
    - now, in her Outlook the resource admin can open a new message, click VIEW>FROM
    FIELD
    - she can select the user she was to send mail as.

(if the permissions tab is not visible in Exchange Administrator program,
you can make it visible by clicking TOOL>OPTIONS>PERMISSION tab>choose SHOW
    PERMISSIONS and DISPALY RIGHTS)

    2. Open the Outlook profile of the resource (e.g. projector)
    - right-click on the Inbox icon
    - select PROPERTIES>PERMISSIONS tab
    - click ADD and give the resource admin necessary rights (e.g. make her OWNER)
    - now she can send as her e-mail by choosing her name in the FROM FIELD
