0x800ccc90

[Tyler Gish]

I keep getting this error 0x800ccc90 which is a client error for outlook express
but I am running outlook 2000. My pst is kept on the local machine- not on
the server. The error tells me to uncheck " log onto server using secure
password authentication" but the it is. Any help would be appreciated.
