Debbie,
Make sure you are setup for choosing connection type when logging in. Tools/IEOptions/Services/click
on msexchange then hit properties/and make sure connection type is checked
off there. Then make sure you don't have your email delivery setup to go
directly to personal folder. Tools/Services/delivery and make sure is on
Inbox. Make sure you log out and log back on and choose connect and then
try the Tools/remote mail/disconnect. Feel free to email me at work if you
