Hi,

I have a exchange organisations where i have a shared departmental folder
and personal users folder, whenever a user sends a mail a copy of it lands
in the departmental box, the departmental box has a create permission for
all department users, everything worked fine for a while, now our users have
started to organise themselves, they have created folders in the departmental
inbox and now want to move messages from the departmental inbox to these
subfolders.

i dont want them to delete messages in the departmental inbox so dont allow
them delete permission, but want them to move messages from this inbox to
its subfolders. as you know, i cant move messages till i give delete permission
to the departmental inbox, anyway to work around this problem.
