getting msn email through my companies LAN and through OE

Can anyone tell me how to set up my mail so I can get my email through Outlook
express? Msn support tells me 2 different things. The first is to change
my settings from a pop server to a HTTP web base but I still can't get it.
The second way is to set my controls to need authorization but I still get
error messagespop I get the following message...Unable to logon to the server
using Secure Password Authentication. Account: 'pop3.email.msn.com', Server:
'pop3.email.msn.com', Protocol: POP3, Server Response: '-ERR Permission denied',
Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC18
It seems like MSN does not know what to do

    Bill,

Verify that you can telnet to port 110 and retr messages. If the port is
blocked on your firewall, then there is nothing MSN can do.

If you are unclear how to do this try:

    http://support.microsoft.com/support.../Q165/1/86.ASP

If this works then, the settings on your OE are wrong.

    Please let me know
