Export from Exchange 5.5 or Import from Outlook 2000

Hi there

I am new in the list. I need to know that how can I export my all email users
(around 300 now) from Exchange Server 5.5 and then import in Outlook 2000
or Outlook Express 5 or 5.5?

When I export using Directory Service its exporting so many things, with
.CSV extension, which will not help me. I need Name, amail address and telephone
etc.

Please help me in this regard.
