Hi All,

I am a web developer with experience mainly in Java, JSP, C++, ASP, and HTML.
I have recently come into some more spare time than I used to have. I would
like to spend my time writing web sites / applets / whatever for clients
but I have only one problem - no clients.

Does anyone know where I should look to find small clients? eg. Is there
a web site where small businesses advertise for web developers that can work
from home after hours etc? I have had a look on the 'Announcements / 3rd
party' section on this site but I couldn't really find anything suitable.
