I'm calling a stored procedure from VB to retrieve more than 20000 records
from a table. I'm getting an error message saying

"The Data Provider or other service returned an E-Fail Status"

When I tried a simple select statement from the query analyzer, it displayed
the same message. Is there any settings or something like that which will
enable me to do this query. Also, is it possible to retrieve data dynamically
ie. only some records in the beginning and the rest as and when I press on
the scroll bar?
