Have you tried the copydb command? This will give you the SQL to re-create
all the tables. It goes like this:
copydb [database name].
If you only want one table you would follow the database name with the table
name. If you are not the table owner follow your entire command with -u[tableowner].
[don't replicate braces in your cmmmand].
This will produce files named copy.in and copy.out. The copy.in file has
the create table statements. You will need to edit this and remove Ingres
specific stuff.
Have fun.

Re: Data Migration from Ingres II (2) to SQL 7.0 or SQL 2000
Reddy,
You can use the DTS. You must first create the database in SQL Server, with
tables, procedures, trigges, etc. After this you can tranfer the data from
ingres using the DTS that you find in SQL Server 7.0 and 2000.
The main job is convert the code wrote in ingres to SQL Server and to test
applications and database.
