F/U on XML message
Hello Deborah
I remember you did a quick and dirty test some time ago that showed MS
hadn't yet done an efficient job in their XML API, vs alternative ways to
build, revise, and communicate data structures.
Some time later, MS published PR that "sort of" promised they were going to
improve performance.
I use XML for almost all data structures anyway, because efficiency hasn't
been that important yet. But do you have any opinion if they've made any
progress?

How are you?
I have not seen a new version of the DOM and have done no recent time
trials. But we use it as it is for the same reason.
