Master-Detail records
Deborah,
Does your new book provide a discussion of master-detail recordsets?
If not, can you suggest a good reference? I been using VB since VB3, and
have yet to find a good reference on this subject.
All the references I've seen show excellent viewing but bomb when attempting
to STORE a record. (as a simple example, try the DAO or ADO master-detail
form from the VB Data Form Wizard).
Of course, I've developed my own methods, but I'd like to see what others
do - there's a better way I'm sure.
Perhaps I've been looking in the wrong places, there has to be thousands
of Invoice-Invoice detail kinds of programs developed in VB, surely there
are good books on the subject.

Re: Master-Detail records
I don't know if anyone else has seen one, but I have not seen much of a
reference on this. Maybe Rocky Lotdka's books?
