Differences between SQL Server 2000 and SQL Server 7
Is there any major differences between SQL Server 2000 and SQL Server 7 ?
I have to deliver an application developed with SQL Server 7, but the client
already purchased and insists on buying 2000. I have plenty of sql queries
such as "SELECT *......"INSERT INTO.....".
Is old data type is still preserved, or some of them has been taken out ?

That should still work the same. However I would always test it.
