"Suspected" DataBase - problem with Log file
Hi,
I have a database that works in Windows 2000.
While I was editing the database using Enterpriase Manager, the Manager crashed
and the next time that I opened the datatbase, the word "suspected" was written
by the database and the database Icon was grey. When I tried to open the
database, Enterprise manager informed me that the database was "suspected"
and it wouldn't let me open it.
When I tried to attach the database MDF file to a new database, it informed
me that there was a problem with the log file and I couldn't open he log
file.
I tried to run sp_resetstatus and UPDATE master and resotre with recovery
but nothing worked.
Is it possible to save the data already stored in the MDF file? (I have no
other backup of the database)?
