    SQL Date question

I am trying to return/build a date that is based on 2 other dates from a table.

For example, the date is equal to the Month of one date and the Year-1 of
another date (the day is always 01).

How can I build this date?

Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks!

    Ted
