Buying the book

WHY cannot Devx ship the book outside the US.
I would like to buy, but I live in Thailand.
Of course I will pay shipping costs.

There is a big world out here outside the USA, you know !

Why cannot Devx ship it? Put some pressure on them to get
their act together !!

I'm sorry, but I have no control over DevX... but I'll ask. I went to High
School in Bangkok '61-'65 and lived out by the airport (Soi Raja Kru).

I'm sure one of the other web retailers can sell it to you. If not I'll sell
you one of mine.

I am a vendor of last resort. I can't offer a discount, but I suspect that
there are internet vendors that will sell it to you. I'll investigate some
of these and talk to DevX (Fawcette) to see what can be done for you folks
overseas. I'd bring one to you personally if you pay the airfare and put
me up for the night in a hotel
