Does anyone know where Windows keeps the style sheet/template for "Web Folders"?
I'm gettin the feeling that this is a registry issue - I've posted this everywhere
and have received nada.

I've tried modifying Windows\Web\Folder.htt, and\default.htt. Changes made
here only affected unmodified local folders.

Any ideas?
