I am implementing Faxpress (www.castelle.com) for our Exchange 5.5 server,
but I have heard that RightFax (www.rightfax.com) is working good with Exchange
    too.

I would recommend GFI Faxmaker if the solution if for less than 100 users.
Otherwise Rightfax or Omtool are a good fit.

Please try FACSys (v.4.7 sp3)+ MS Exchange connector1.51 SP1. I use it with
Exhcnage 5.5 - works great!!! They will issue Echange 2000 connector this
    summer.
