Users external email addresses incorrect (Exchange 2000)

Hi

I wonder if anyone can help! We have a number of users in the with incorrect
SMTP reply addresses. Email address tab in Active directory show correct
SMTP adddress e.g. jbloggs@domain.com but when a message is sent and the
recipient presses reply, the email address is displayed as j_bloggs%exchange@domain.com

This is really puzzling me!

What is the email address on the General Tab of the user's properties in
AD ? Is this address the same as the email address given on the E-Mail Addresses
Tab in properties ?

What address format is set up on your recipient policy (policies?)

If the email address on the general tab is not jbloggs@domain.com, try changing
it to this and test again.....
