    JVM command line switch

Does anyone have any experience using the -D<name>=<value> switch? If so,
please describe an instance when you used it.

    Cheers,
    Mike

    Re: JVM command line switch

I've used it to control the just-in-time
compiler that gets used by the JVM, handy
    if you have others installed.

    Eg. -Djava.compiler=javacomp // Borland jit

Beyond this, I can't help you I'm afraid!

    Cheers,
    Paul
