    BLOB sample

    How is BLOB-type object (for example, a .midi file) insertion done in DB2?

    I'd also like to be able to retrieve it later from a Java program.

    Yes, I am using DB2 UDB v.5.1 on AIX.

    Hi,
    Most of the thing is possible thru JAVA now. See java.sql.Blob interface.
