SQL Server 2000 and Internet connection

Hi. I have noticed that when I access SQL Server 2000 via the Enterprise manager,
it starts sending and receiving data from Internet. SQL Server 7.0 does not
    show this phenomena.

What is actually being sent to the Internet?! Is MS checking anything in
    my PC??

    Thanks for your help.

What kind of information, and where is it going?

Basically how are you determining that it's sending data to the internet?
