    Where I can find a free driver for JDBC that can access MSAcess and Microsoft
    SQL server databases?

    If you got your JDK from Sun then you already have one. It's called the
    JDBC-ODBC bridge and it can access any database that supports ODBC -- which
    is most databases, including the two you mentioned.
