MY Java does not work..HELP!!

Hi I hope someone can help me I have done everything.. all of the sudden I
can not get into Yahoo chat nor go to some game or gif sites. It says something
wrong with Java...I do not know what to do..How to re-install or un-install.
I tried to download the thing they said and it did not download..Does anyone
know what this problem is???
