What is the difference between Java Beans AND Enterprise Java Beans ?

in really simple terms...
one is local to the server, the other doesn't have to be. It can exist
somewhere else in the world rather than the machine the invoking program
resides on.

javabeans are just independata cpmponents where as enterprise javabeans
are involves enterprises logic int and need serveres
