    javascrip,applet

Is it possible to target the incoming page to a specific frame, even though
    there is a
script for frame busting in that page?

Is there a way in which we can veiw a html document in an applet(making the
    applet work as
    a browser window)?

I don't know about the first question.

The answer to the second is yes. I don't think you can do it in AWT. I
can be done in Swing(JFC). You may need to use the plugin.
