Re: Java people: How do you respond to C#?
Most of what I work on is related to current requirements -- i.e. for
immediate implementation. C# may or may not have its uses, when it actually
arrives, but at present it is irrelevant to me. Also, our primary business
systems are AS/400s. Recently Java has been implemented on these systems,
and it is becoming a useful tool for us to interface our business systems to
the outside world. I haven't heard that Microsoft will produce a C#
implementation for AS/400.
