Java Professionals...
Hello,
I was wondering if I could ask for your help on something? Since you all
are obviously very good at what you do, and very passionate about it, I would
like to ask your opinion on something. I work in Human Resources for EDS,
and I am having difficult finding qualified Java application developers for
the Boulder, CO area. Does anyone have an suggestions as to where I might
look for someone who is seeking a new position in this field? EDS can pay
top wages for qualified people, and we are looking for individuals with more
than 2 years of experience. I have posted the positions on some of the job
boards, with not much luck.
I can offer some relocation money, as well as a VERY stimulating work environment.
Any suggestions????
If so, please send me an e-mail and let me know...

Jill,
Finding programmers is a very hard task. Most of us like to work from
home. Why don't you try to market the position as telecommuting with some
travel? This will help.

Re: Java Professionals...
EDS is large enough to offer people some H1 visas. This may be a way to get
talented people from outside the US.
