Hello, I wonder if anyone could help....

I have a page setup in frames and I want to control the scrolling (vertical
<up & down>) so when some one moves the scroll up or down the other scroll
on the other side moves with it exactly. know what I mean? If so cool and
anyone have any ideas on how to start this?
