Hello

I've got both Visual Cafe Professional 3 and Borland JBuilder 4
Foundation. Both of these I got off Magazine CD's.

Which of these is better? Is it worth upgrading to latest version
of either?

I have a Pentium 2-350, 192 Mb PC100 SDRAM, 8 mb AGP Intel video
card, Windows 98 SE. I have a database consultancy so I will
possibly be looking at connecting java apps to databases at a later
date.
