Good Code, Class, & Hierarchy Browser
Are there any good code, class, & hierarchy browser out there?
The browsers in typical IDEs, such JBuilder & Visual Cafe, are
okay for the lone developer with one or two projects. However,
in a team environment, where there are many developers, who
produce many JARs and have many projects, it would be nice to
have a code, class, & hierarchy browser, which displays a class'
signature, such as name, packaging, attributes, methods, all
of its ancesters, all of its descendants, and finally its usage
(call tree). These features are available in C++ IDEs and tools.
I have tried IBM VisualAge, but it is clunky and slow, and I must
convert my files to their internal representation.
Any suggestions out there?
