Editing XML using Java

I want to edit existing xml file . If any one has tried and know the procedure
to edit(update, insert,delete) xml file pl post it to me.
If you can give simple source code or you can even suggest URL where such
an example is availble

You will need to study the DOM and/or learn the XPath language.

See "Developing XML Solutions" by Jake Sturm, Microsoft Press, for examples.
There are many other books as well.
