Does anyone know if is possible to use Java script in my email signature?

e.g. I will have a link in my email signature wich will launch an IE window
that should open without status bar, address bar, scrolling bars, specific
size of window, etc. (I understand that this is all done in Java from a link
of a previous window.)
Please if anyone know about this let me know.
