Hi,

why do interfaces allow attributes? Interfaces are a generic description
of how certain classes will look, therefore they have no form, therefore
they should have no attributes. Now I know attributes declared in interfaces
are final & static and are commonly used when type-safety is important, but
this is a sad justification for having them there(I think).
