Trying to use JFile Chooser component in a Tabbed Pane Dialog

I am trying to use the JFile Chooser.

I want to use it in my own dialog but I don't know how to do this.

Basically I want to add a JFile Chooser to my own tabbed pane dialog.

any help as to how to do this.
