D:\XMLParser>java samples.xjparse.xjparse -format data/personal.xml
Error: could not open `d:j2re1.4.0\lib\i386\jvm.cfg'
This is from trying to run IBM's XML PARSER FOR JAVA 1.1.16 for a simple
xml document. Why might not the jvm.cfg open?
