Using a Proxy
Hi All,
I'm trying to determine the best way to utilise a proxy server through my
app. I have been told / read a number of conflicting reports as to what system
properties to set.
Currently I am using http.proxyHost, http.proxyPort, https.proxyHost, https.proxyPort
and this works.
However, I have also read that you can use proxyPort, proxyHost, useProxy
properties too (these don't seem to work). I am using JSSE.
I also want to be able to support SOCKS proxy servers and FTP protocol.
Can anyone set me clear on this?
Thanks,
Kent
