    easy - important!

I have 2 questions that I need answered
    asap! Please help.......

I am new to Java from C++. I am trying to
download/install JDK and the Java Virtual
    Machine. I downloaded the following:

    http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.4/download.html
    Windows (all languages, including English)

Is this right? This is what I was told
    to download.

The name of the program when I run it is
Java Web Start and it has trouble loading
the images. I have lots of memory available.
    Why might this be occuring?

    Thanks,

    Pete

Could be anything. Classpath. Path. What OS are you using?
