Insert name, make a permanent list of inserted name??

Could any one tell me, how I make a permanent new list. By inputting a name.
Example: Name= Cccc
Make new list called Cccc

Is that possible?
And how do I recognize a list by inputting the name.

Input Cccc, and compares with other lists.
If Cccc (list) found then.....
If Cccc (list) doesn't found then....

Is this possible to?

what exactly do you mean by "list?" the component list or a file named Cccc with list as it's name? be more specific please... elaborate on the screens as well.

input a textfield, cccc
click on a actionevent button
then is automatically makes a list called cccc

input another textfield
click another actionevent button
then it must search that list called what you have inputted in the textfield.

If you play ambar,sk or ga, you have to signup and login.
That's what it try to make with java.

I'm also buzzy with php, visualbasic. But i can't add items to a list.

Do you know what I mean?

oh so you want a list that contains the names of people who have already signed-up? since you want a permanent list, you'll have to store it in a file. read that file everytime someone log's in. have you started this already, or do you need code?
