I want to manipulate the MSWord application using servlets like we do in VB.The
servlet should open a word document and insert data in specific places in
the document template and download it at the client side.
Pls tell me how to call activeX dlls in servlets.

Re: Servlets and MSWord
get a com bridge - I belive sun have one, Jintegra have one too (a very good
one)
Or use staroffice, pure Java and can talk to office docs about 90% Com
compliant I believe.
www.microsoft.com/java should have info on talking to office from java.
