    How can i call an applet by running a servlet


    Hi

    I would like to ask this:-

    1) How do i call an applet from running a servlet
    2) What is the best JDBC connection with Oracle

    For question 1) I imagine that your are trying to get the applet to run in
    the client browser? If this is the case reply to the post or get with a redirection
    to the applet, or dynamically build the html with the appropriate applet
    tags.

    For question 2) If you have the oracle client installed on the box that will
    be running a servlet locally, for speed I would use the thick client. If
    you want portablity use the thin client.
