um...i don't know why % 100 will limits maximum value to 99,
what is the calculation here?
// '%' limits maximum value to 99
a = rand.nextInt() % 100;
b = rand.nextLong() % 100;
c = rand.nextFloat() % 100;
d = rand.nextDouble() % 100;

'%'(modulus operator) gives you the remainder.
