submission forms

hi. i've just purchased a book from our college library (JBuilder" - the bible) and it comes with the JBuilder CD. I was woundering how easy would it be to create a submission form for my site so people can submit lyrics/articles/reviews to my e-mail account! yeah i know that thay could just send an e-mail but if i had a form to fill out, that could make things look cooler!

or (i've just thought about this!), is there a script that can change the appearance of the outlook programme?

I'd really like a script to create a form, or if anyone here has one, or has a link, I'd really appreciate it

It is not to dificalt to create a mail submition form, however in order to do so you will need to use a mail server. Do you have one that you can use?
