    ftp and file synch

I have a networked hard disk in my office which I discovered can run a Java.
I'm trying to see if I can find a Java which I can use to synchronize a folder on our Hard disk with the one on our web site.
Can someone tells me how ?

I guess it depends upon how clever you want it to be. I'm guessing that you're not a Java programmer, so it's probably best to find a freeware Java backup program.
