    Not sure what you mean by "call a class". Do you want to create objects and
    execute their methods? If so, you just do it. Or if you want to call a
    static method of a class, you just do that. In the usual Java way. A
    servlet is Java, after all.

    you can use classes in servlets just as in normal java application.instantiate
    the class to use and start using it

    simple -
    create an instance of an object using the class you want to call
    call the neccessary method in the class using the created object -

    bingo
