What is the best way to get quotes from java developers on writing a java
applet. It is a simple
applet that works like a help index window. If I could look at a well documented
souce code listing
then I could modify and use the applet for a number of applications I am
designing. I would like
to post the specs on a web site somewhere and receive quotes from developers
along with a short
