Asuuming that you have installed java in /usr/java directory and you want
to include the lib/rt.jar file in the CLASSPATH.

If you are using csh, you can set classpath using:
setenv CLASSPATH /usr/java/lib/rt.jar
If you are using ksh, you can set classpath using:
export CLASSPATH=/usr/java/lib/rt.jar
