Java software and the other software

Hello every body !
We are a group engineering software
We have a Sun Certified Java Program. We have been a programmer for 4 years
and have worked in C, C++, Java , Maple, Mathlab,.. and could make some project
programming for Under graduate students.
And today we want to seek some company software to become their partner
in programming .
we can receive some their software (not yet complete),then endeavor it and
send back for company (complete).
